  • For Job Seekers: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Services.
  • For Job Providers/Recruiters: You must have the authority to act on behalf of the organization/ entity you represent

3. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Site, you must create an account:

        a). Job Seekers

  • You agree to use the Services to search for jobs and submit applications in good faith.
  • Your profile and resume must not contain false or misleading information.
  • You will not post inappropriate content, such as offensive language or irrelevant material.

    b). Job Providers/Recruiters
  • You agree to use the Services to post job openings and contact potential candidates in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Job postings must be accurate, lawful, and relevant to the roles you wish to hire for.
  • You will not solicit or engage in spam activities through the platform.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s functionality.
  • Collect data from the Site using automated means (e.g., bots or scrapers).

Post or distribute harmful or malicious software and content.

6. Intellectual Property

All applicable taxes are over and above the prices/ fees stated on the site.

        a). Responsibility for Content

  • You retain ownership of the content you upload (e.g., resumes, job postings).
  • You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing the Services.

    b).Monitoring and Removal
    We reserve the right to monitor and remove content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.
